Ruchira was an ATSA fellow in 2015 and part of the ATSA Train the Trainers programme in 2017. She is a Global Fellow of the International Society of Performing Arts (ISPA) 2016 & 2018 and a participant at the Australia Council International Arts Leadership Programme 2018-19. She is the Founder Director of ThinkArts based in Kolkata and also the Deputy Director at ATSA
